Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and lwa feast days). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. During high volume periods (holidays, ceremony time and special sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive emailed confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping (United States) 

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $75. 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, the Caribbean (including Haiti), Europe, and select other countries. International customers are responsible for all custom duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. Legba's Gate, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Estimated delivery for international orders is at least 2-3 weeks. 

Note: Certain botanical and herbal products may be subject to restrictions in some countries. It's the customer's responsibility to verify that ordered items are permitted for import in their country. 

Discreet Packaging 

We understand that privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address will read "Legba's Gate, LLC" with no indication of the contents. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Legba's Gate is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed processing and delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For damaged shipments, please email us photos of the damaged packaging of retail items, including proof of purchase & we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Under certain circumstances, orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed of shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@legbasgatellc.us if you need to make any changes.
