Refund policy

There is a no return policy for any digital products, services, classes or events. 

We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Due to the nature of spiritual and ritual supplies-retail items, herbs, ceremonial tools, candles-our return policy is more limited than a standard store. Please read before purchasing. 

Under special circumstances, if your item falls into the nonrefundable category, you will get store credit and for 365 days from when store credit was issued. You have 30 days from the time your original item was purchased to request store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have proof that the item was damaged upon receipt. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@legbasgatellc.us . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damaged Items

Please contact us immediately upon inspection, if an item is damaged, defective or the wrong item. 

Non-eligible Returns

Items such as herbs, candles, digital products-downloadable content, custom special ordered items, consultation, services, clearance-sale, consecrated items or anything that falls along these lines are not eligible for return. 

Eligible Returns/Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item that you want is to return it. Once the item has been accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processing Times

Currently processing times are at 5-10 business days due to a high volume of orders. You are not eligible for a refund or cancellation simply because this processing time is too long for your needs.
